    Brave miners swapping the bombs! They could have been blown up by one of the bombs if it was a bit faulty, or shot if they were found out. I respect anyone who refuses to follow bad, illegal or plain immoral orders.

    At least it was done it a salt mine, helps keep a dry environment for the artworks, due to the salt absorbing moisture in the air

      You should all be grateful they took care of some of the world's most precious treasures. Had they been left behind they would have been really stolen or deteriorated and noone would even know of their existence. You don't think when youake those accusations.

      There are no Ukrainian Nazis, and never were. The Ukrainians that fought alongside the Germans were nationalists that were trying to get rid of the bloody Russians.

    They presumably got the story a bit wrong. The miners were undoubtedly very brave people and their work courageous, but they would not have achieved what they did without careful planning from the allied forces MFAA men in the first place. Austria does not get all the credit here. The MFAA didn't just show up afterwards to help like it is claimed in this video. They (MFAA) were heavily involved in this operation from the beginning.
