I render the fat off my meats and brown my onions etc in the same fat. My Caribbean family use to render the fats and cook with it. Much better than the processed nasty oils out there. Delicious as usual Dean ❤😋
Looks bloody delicious mate, I love the idea of using chicken stock to cook the rice,👍🏻👍🏻, i threw my rice cooker out because it used to stick really bad to the bottom ,losing nearly a 1/4 of the rice,😢 but I think I just got a dodgy one, because friends have told me they don't have that problem 😂 maybe I will invest in another one day soon, have a great weekend mate🇭🇲🍻🇭🇲🍻
