@@user-tr4hr6nv5w I advice you to get a baby or a really docile adult(if you don't wanna be scratched) . If is a baby you can teach him/her to let you touch you anywhere (petting the belly is so good, my cats love it, and so do I). Show him/her that you love them but also teach that they can't do some tings like jump in the counter or making a mess, I usually to repriment pat with just a little of force (it does not hurt the cat, but touching can be more effective to show that they are doing crap) on the butt and they stop. Cats are really good learners and good bois :) I really hope if you get a cat both of you love each other. Sometimes we may have some scratches but if your cat does let you pet him it can be kinda of their way to play (my cat girl likes to bite me a little sometimes when I pet her a lot, she asks me, and I know thats because she really likes, she's really teasing me and playing). Don't stress yourself ❤️❤️ But if you find a cat that you love even if is not super docile he/she can love you and really trust you (I also had this situation and that cat absolutely loved me and I was the one who could pet him, he appeared my grammas house and he would run every time he saw people, but me he liked me) Ohh if you get a baby let me warn you of a thing litlle kittens when they play they touch us and at the moment the scratch does not show it take a while, but are small scratches (but can be a lot of them) just clean your hands and put some cream :)) ❤️❤️ Wish you the best
