- There always seems to be a lot of talk about the Hot Wheels Fast & Furious Premium Line, with its plethora of repeats, etc. But occasionally a mix drops that hits hard, and this one, with three stellar new castings, is one. Let's have a look at upcoming Mix 3.
That 911 Carrera was shown parked in the rotating parking scene. It was one of the cars shown before Twink’s Volkswagen Touran is retrieved.
The car shows up for only 5 seconds lol

One of my favorite F&F releases is the gold 66 Chevy Nova. I think it was on screen in the background for a split second.
Now that's a a really cool F&F set, you don't get 3 new models everyday! The Porsche 911 Carrrera and the Mercedes 500 SEL are my most favorites here, although the Land Cruiser FJ43 looks nice as well. Thanks for the nice presentation.

Ok Hot Wheels people, i know your read this comemts so here it goes. We want the 964 Turbo on mainline. The normal one, like this one. Not that "cartoon" crap you guys put out, that, like those 2000's big wheels small casting bullcrap you guys put out, is waste of material and licensing. And for 3rd world cowntries like Brazil, mainline is the ONLY option for collectors who dont have 100 reals to kill in a single Hot Wheels a month. You guys are keeping one of the countries who but the most HW.
HW is getting absolutely slaughtered in Brazil by other makes such as Mini Gt, Tarmac Works, Pop Race and so on. Even to bring those products from china and paying taxes, it's still cheaper than buying a HW (if you can find them) in Brazil. They BETTER step up their game because their "premium" line is not holding the line at all. Very expensive and VERY hard to find on stores. Like, ridiculously hard. I am a Brazilian collector and I'm definitely not alone in this opinion.
@@henriksti2 yeah Man, i understeand that they got screwed up by Americanas, but the amount of not only collectors, but kids who used to buy one a week, cant buy anymore because is too expensive. And like you said, Hot Wheels premium stuff is way of reach for us. And we can buy Better quality Hot Wheels for less money

Stop with the exclusive only shit. A lot of us don't even see half these premiums, and if we do it costs crazy, so I don't buy premiums. I customize my mainlines. Even mainline short cards are getting crazy expensive where I stay, kids can't afford them.
Isn’t it crazy? Here in Vietnam it is the same thing. It is easier and cheaper to find MiniGT models than Hot Wheels premium.
A HW devido à sua posição dominante, faz o que quer, carros com formas incorrectas, rodas de fantasia, etc. Mas as outras marcas não estão a dormir. Eu também não tenho dinheiro para comprar miniaturas premium, mas por vezes acabo por comprar. Está nas mãos dos colecionadores decidir o que eles podem fazer ou não, é só as pesoas unirem-se nas redes sociais e começarem a boicotar a compra dos modelos HW. Só que para isso era necessário que os colecionadores do Extremo Oriente e sobretudo os Norte-Americanos estivessem de acordo, pois eles são a maioria.

That 500SEL is looked so amazing, this one’s a classic luxury car.
I wish they would make changes to the repeats like they used to do. Change the paint to enamel/metallic/matte and change the wheels. The F&F 70 Charger had a lot of changes from different lines.
6:30 The 911 Carrera was briefly seen during the rotating/motorised garage parking scene in Tokyo Drift. Only the rear of the car was seen.
3:34 The only one that matters in this set. Looks so good. Nice touch with the opened windows on the driver's door. My only gripe is the rear spoilers. Don't think the car had that in the movie. It already looks good, but will probably look better without it.

There’s something off about the proportions of the Integra. Wheels too small and side skirts are too prominent. The MB 500 SL is definitely my favorite.

Now I’m so confused there were only 2 porches in Tokyo drift one was black and one was yellow and they both showed up in a rotating garage seen with Twinkies VW van

Carrera RS 3.9?! THat's basically 964 with a big wing. Now I don't need the RLC 964 if I want one with a wing :D I think I'm gonna order Fuchs wheels for this one, just to be ready when it releases.

Nice cars but getting really tired of the repeats. There is always 1 to 3 cars that are great from the set but its always a repeat or some fantasy car that warms the pegs.

Well... I would go for Integra and the W140. Most probably though, it will never reach the pegs here where I live. And online sellers will go for like triple the SRP. Same story, different day.

Personally, I find it so irritating that they sculpted the wheel wells so big to fit the bigger wheels in the future. I don't like the somewhat cartoonish look of bigger wheels. They should've sculpted the wheel wells to fit these wheels and it would've been perfect.

Sorry, but the 911 silhouette could be done better in this casting. They have done the 964 Turbo nicely, the RS 2.7 basic nicely and the standard 96’ 3.2 nicely. This new one is ruined. And the detail quality is average. Come to think of it, I wonder why through our noses to acquire these from scalpers.

You dont have online hobby dealers or retailers? Im from scandinavia and only buy my hot wheels online as we only have mainlines in stores but i dont care about mainlines. A mainline would have missing tampos for headlights and so on and once these are released in premium they obsolete mainlines completely in my opinion. Rather buy 1 premium instead of 4-6 mainlines, quality over quantity. For these collector castings mainlines is just a waste imo

Please. The wheels on the Porsche are too small, the Merc has TEs and that Land Rover still has piggy headlights and that ridix chassis. HW really need to make more realistic wheel sets and stop with the tampo head lights. Their castings command premium prices and yet they consistently fail to deliver anywhere near the quality of REAL premium brands. Time to move on

The best part of this set for me would be the wheels from the land cruiser for doing customs. Otherwise this set is just kinda meh for me.
We are tired of the land rover maybe if it was in chrome, other then that not worth collecting
