How long did sculptures this small used to take you? as i tend to work on a scale of 20-30cm tall i worry when it takes me upwards of 10 hours to finish, seeing you do it in half the time.. though ive only been sculpting for 8 months ish maybe i should be less hard on myself?
Doesn't matter how long it takes! The video is edited and this probably took me 6-9 hours of real time to finish, so don't stress! It takes as long as it takes and as you get more experience it goes faster and faster. But the last thing anyone should worry about is speed.
Dear eirik is using enlargement pantograph is a good idea for enlarge maqqates in clay with large version .or what is your thought on this... Plz leave a comment. Thank you .

Sure it's a good idea! Depending on what you are after, perhaps a bit overly complicated. But it's common and many use this technique!

How many months it take you to sculpt empyrean?
Think it took around 6 months.
