Honestly, while I doubt they would ever do this, I wish they gave the Chief and the Object 726 (that's its real name and I refuse to acknowledge WG's made up one) new models with their historical cupolas, as the Chief's is just supposed to be bigger and the Object was supposed to have a T110E5 style cupola which WG decided to ignore when they introduced the tank.

Furthermore, the Chief can be given / "bought" which negates this even further. Personally, they shouldn't nerf factors that make the tanks "fun" but rather the ones that make them unfair, e.g., tiny cupola, not many weakspots, 440 alpha on the chief (which is highest on same caliber guns if not mistaken) and high standard pen (again mainly chief but the premium nerf on the object was fair).
Chief and 279 keep the insane armor, but the speed and damage nerfs will definitely make them more palatable to face. The meta shakeup is much needed. The Turtle buffs are insane, though

They finally did the right things. I mean we can still tolerate the not the significant buffs of 5-7 tiers, but 8-10 tiers buffs and nerfs are kinda nice. I like playing v4, but I'm totally agree with the nerfs. In point of dynamics it will not lose that much I guess if you have the corresponding loadout, because it was lacking of specific power anyways, it's too heavy to keep the speed. Overall, WG are doing nice.

Reward nerfs are a farce. Those tanks need weak spots, not this nonsense. Anyway, it's completely bonkers that they're actually even considering a nerf to these vehicles. Never thought I'd see the day. I guess reward vehicles aren't technically premium tanks in the strictest sense. Anyway, it remains to be seen if these nerfs go through. I wouldn't be half surprised if they decide to can the nerfs because of "community outrage" or some cover up.
@@hexphobia yeah, the st-2 buffa are perfectly targeted, armor was a bit weak but now i might hold up better depending on the exact model, since you cant mount rammers on double barells the reload is nice and the intra clip reduction allows it to play kinda like a 2 shot autoreloader (holding mouse 1 for 900dmg even funnier now)

v4 totally deserved the nerf, come on. How can people complain about 279e or chief and neglect the fact that there are op tech tree tanks, that are a pure suffer to play against them. I don't know how it could be fun, knowing that you are playing a broken vehicle, like e3(at least it is slow) or v4, the armor of which is just dumb. You can still have fun pushing the flank in is-7 or e-50m or obj-277, the tanks that are good and not straightforward bullsh*t like v4
