Just bought this from the website . My grandmother who was born in 1920 used to sing this tune often along with her WWII stories, she was a real life connection to history. The Greatest Generation is what they're called, and that they were. Thanks Sandra.
All these years I want site how to arrange this, in a way it doesn't come out too simple. But then I thought simple is not a bad thing 😊. Glad your enjoy it.
You are a really sunshine guitar method, as simply you have to teach, so we can obviously learn with your personnally musical sequence chords touch. Thank you so much, and now i can play , all of me, Gretings from TONY
Thank you, Sandra! The chord melody arrangements you offer are a beauty. As soon as I have more time, I will follow your video lessons more closely. I have a lot of respect and admiration for the work you do. Warm greetings!
You're the best teacher of jazz on UA-cam thank you so much I just subscribed to you last week and already learned Autumn leaves 👍🏼 this will be the next song I give a shot at lol
@@GuitarversumSandraSherman curious on know what type of guitar strings do you use ? I just bought a d'angelico Excel and it's got the original strings I think I need like a flat round what do you recommend in size and again thanks
WOW !! You do it again, great lesson for a great song. It has already been said, but your lessons are well done and extremely helpful to us less talented. Thank You.
Absolutely beautiful, Sandra. You make every song sound so good with your gentle touch and precise way of playing. I love all your lessons. Your channel is a fountain of musical knowledge. You really are wonderful.
Late to the party this week, but what a fun cover of a true classic! And, like last week (maybe I’m getting old!?), I like the slower tempo rhythmically? Always a joy to check out your covers, and see your smiling face.
We're both getting old, 😂. I wanted to play it faster, but it's not that easy with chords melody, lol. I just shot several advanced tutorials being creative with substitutions and reharmonization. Oct - Dec are the beginners months (sells better at that time 😊). Jan - May always also included more advanced stuff.
Sold, thanks Sandra. I have a request please. Any chance of a chord melody lesson of Mona Lisa ? Just an FYI..Oscar Moore was the guitarist in the Nat King Trio and was a superb guitarist.
Not sure what you mean. Also this is not exactle new 😊. This ine is chord melody (chords & melody simultaneously). I also have one in Gypsyjazz style melody & solo (improv) and another one for comping chords, also in Gypsyjazz style.
Great video. Your guitar sounds so much better with that awful Band In A Box bass mixed down very low in the background. I still do not understand why so many people continue to use it. To my ears, one of the most beautiful sounds in jazz is the contrast between jazz guitar and a rich, deep, harmonic, resonant bass played on gut strings. There are many examples of this. The harsh, dissonant, irritating nylon strings of Band In A Box bass do not fit at all.

Oh, thanks so much, James! ❤️ Glad to have you around!
Great lesson just like all the rest. Any chance you could consider “ Just one of those things” for a future tutorial?
I'll check if it's suitable.
I learned your solo of All of me. Absolutely love that you did a chord melody tut now too. Thanks so much!!!

@@GuitarversumSandraSherman wow!… you’ve got the algorithms figured OUT!👍😁 Reharm sounds great👍. Be well!
Thx a lot Sandra... 😊👍👍🙏
Awesome!!!
Any chance of seeking a version of “take five” in chord melody
That song has a prominent chromatic on beat 1 and that doesn't make for a good chord melody.
Awesome amazing incredible
Glad you like it 😊 ❤️
Great song, thanks. Where can I add to that "wish list"???
Here 😊

I've never heard that song. Is it popular? I found that in Europe we play a lot of different standards at sessions and gigs than in the US.
Love it!
Hey, glad to bring some joy and a new song to your repertoire, Wes 😊.
This is awesome! What Bpm tempo is this? Or what tempo would you recommend playing this song at?
It's usually faster than I play it here. I recommend 160-170 for chord melody. For melody only you should target 180-190.
Hi Sandra, greetings from UK 🇬🇧
Is this included in the Chord Melody pack?
No, it's also not included in the 35 beginner bundle. You'll have to just buy the song.
Just seen the link 🙈👍🏾🙏🏾👏🏾
Nice 😎✨✨
Hello , What is your guitar tuned to ? .
Standard tuning at 440Hz
❤️❤️❤️
How come a new video for All OF Me, is there a difference??
Not sure what you mean. Also this is not exactle new 😊. This ine is chord melody (chords & melody simultaneously). I also have one in Gypsyjazz style melody & solo (improv) and another one for comping chords, also in Gypsyjazz style.
