Michael McClure railroad’s don’t go everywhere, these fellas had to take it off the rail car and then set up the trailer around the load, I’m not sure where this went,but if was going to the power plant in Tucson then the railroad would have been able to get it to the site but you still have to get it to the pad

That is definitely not the smallest trailer possible, but likely the smallest available. They need all the axles to spread the weight, but at 4:22 you can clearly see, they could have used a shorter one if available. One thing really surprised me about this rig, at 1:36 they have put weights on the drive axle. I understand that you need some weight on the drive axles, but I am surprised they could not distribute parts of the load on there.

Port of Tucson?? I thought "Ports" applied only for locations near a body of water(coast or shore). How much a driver make to drive these trucks?
