- Today I played the brand new backrooms styled horror puzzle game called EXIT 8, The point of the game is to find Exit 8 the only problem is that subtle things change and if you don't notice you'll be reset to exit 0.

this was honestly one of the most disturbing games to play by yourself but jake makes it so much more entertaining 🙃

the first time when you had reached exit 8, it restarted because there was a face on the ceiling. edit; yea, there were a few times when you didn't notice like the shadow face on the ceiling, that i'm honestly surprised that your chat didn't catch it. one of the times was when someone said the dog poster was different, that was one of the times the shadow face was on the ceiling. Lastly, what they meant by the line was because at one point it had become all smooth instead of the little bumps that is usually had.

It was super frustrating to watch because I'd notice things out of the blue that seemed off.... like at 15:01 where the security camera above the eyes poster (the one where the eyes moved) had a red light inside it so he lost that way.. anyway great video great game I enjoyed!!!
That running sound is the most engaging thing I've ever heard for no reason
Imagine a game like this but you’re also being hunted, the map is more branch-like, and every time you turn back/reset because of anomalies, the monster gets closer to you

The way to get out is actually simpler than it seems. but basically its a loop or in chinese ( 鬼打墙） a never ending barrier. And in Chinese there is a saying from ancient times to escape the circle which is “ 一探三步儿回头“. 1) Where you start from the starting point and go forward before you come back to the starting point. 2) go backwards and retrace your steps until you reach the starting point again, 3) go backwards again so your running in the same direction as you did in step one and you should find your way out.
What a beautifully crafted and uniquely different version of the spot the observation duty game. My favorite part was when the lights went out and went completely silent, then sputtered back on once you went back. Really bang up job of a developer and a banger of a video from you Jake, showing off your observation skills.

Hahah I guess I just thought that something as small as like a dog smiling vs frowning on the poster could change so I legit tried to figure out a way to memorize every possible detail within reason, most likely my hyper focus adhd background 😂 I just wish I could pay that close attention to things that actually mattered lolll.
