@@kinghasan-mn4xz for city of cuzco beat 1939 normal conquest with any allied country like ussr USA UK or France and for the terracota army you have to complete a certain mission from the missions tab in campaing (the ones where you appoint generals and wait for the mission to complete)
@@kinghasan-mn4xz in campaing mode you have 4 tabs: campaing, missions, wonders, operations. You go to the missions tab and find red circles with missions, when you click them a window should appear where you can appoint generals to the mission, it also showes the chance that the mission will be a success. After completing a few red missions you will unlock a violet one, which gives you medals and one of them also unlocks terracota army if it does then the picture should apperer in the window alongside other rewards. When the mission is complete succesfully you will be able to build the terracota army, although it will take a lot of time as there are many missions you have to do before the one wich unlocks terracota army apperars, I know that this is a lot of information, but I hope it helped
