Praveen dude .. first thing u need buy step down transformer to use Canadian appliances in India ... Canada power outlet is ( 110v ) but in India it is ( 220v ).. make sure to cross check your gadgets power inlet voltage.

I agree totally with you reg broker view and maintenance of toilets . If you need a classy place in chennai , you have to shell out a lot , but comparatively blor has lot of good gated communities and affordable at this stage , Taste of interiors is to bright . Spoils the whole look of the house .
Metro zone 3bhk is going for around 50k with maintenance. Saw few units similar to your bro. Hope u got a decent deal. For buying I think it will come to 2.5 all incl. So with a rental yield of about 2.5% which is average for Chennai, 50 to 55k is a good amount.

No brokers is quite good...mostly handled by owners only...because I own an apartment in a prime locality in Chennai...I recently during covid only fixed a tenant for a non negotiable rent...I do agree the fact that owners having properties in prime localities haven’t reduced the rent yet inspite of covid...I think ppl r also prepared to pay that much of money as rent...real estate business is quite good in India especially in cities like Chennai,Bangalore &mumbai
