My fellow brethren this is not how Yeshuas instructs Believers to deal with iur enemies, neither is it a practice of TheNew Covenant Way there is no such thing under New Covenant which we enter in Christ
The scripture references utilized in the old Covenant here Ex 8 and 9 were for specific reasons at specific times and sanctioned by The Father himself
We must refrain from such practices it is not in line with the Word of Faith through Messiah
I pray for all that hear this message and practice it as well as the man speaking it
Read the scripture repent and be cleansed from the deceit of such teachings
Search how Your Lord Yeshuas says to deal with enemies

When JESUS said l have given you authority to trample on snakes and scopions, what did he mean and we are told to fight the good fight of faith ad to put on GOD s armour. We fight not humans but spiritual wickedness. I tried the one you mentioned and nothing is working but the day l started spiritual warfare l have seen things in the spiritual realm l hear things spoken in secret by enemies before they happen and l have seen Miracles. Yes JESUS finished work on the cross gives us access but we must speak through prayer fight back using Scripture in Hus name , it takes energy to pray targeted prayers the energy from the Holy spirit.
