1:52:09 Aren't we losing the benefits of using GraphQL instead of a REST API ? I mean, thanks to the connection directive, we were supposed to get the movies when querying a category ? Or i'm misunderstanding something ?
Hellow from Brazil !!! Thanks for the content, a question: How would it be to do this with only javascript? having typescript seems to be very confusing, especially in a project that was initially created with javascript, I don't have much experience with typescript ..
I have a question. If we use aws video on deman to provide private videos like Netflix, so if we protect the video content from downloading or prevent watch to them who are not in subscription. So we need to assign a ip or domain maybe to tell aws, connect with only this ip or domain. So in this case how we can use the same thing in react native? Like in web ReactJs which has a domain but what about the react native. Hope you will answer this. Thanks in advance.
In this case you can limit access not based on ip, but based on identities wich are assigned to users when they sign up to your application with cognito. You can limit access to some content only to users that are part of one group (pro users), so only they can read from that bucket. Furthermore, you can create an admin group, and give access to only this group to add content in that bucket.
