It’s 2024 and they changed the priority of home WiFi customer to bottom priority. They also removed the “Unlimited high speed” plans from my family account. After 100gb of data (which is used up in about 5 days), my speed drops from 300+ Mbps to less than 0.05 Mbps (which is unusable for any device in my home). I’ve been a customer for 6+ years and was a victim of their “Data Breach”, so I’m not a “Happy Customer” and will try my luck elsewhere.
T-Mobile Home internet has too many users on their network using the same exact towers. It's like a freeway at rushour, traffic slows down.
