    She pretty much made sfiha instead of lahme bi ajeen. It looks great. I would like to know the meat mixture.Kunafe is not originally made with feta and mozzarella, no traditional regional variants use those. mozzarella is a very recent modification. If you haven’t tried Kunafe you should.

      Isaeed Nemer no la7m b3ajeem is an Arabic word of Semitic origin. Lahm = meat bajeen= dough. It’s not Turkish origin

    • @Amooretliban
      @Amooretliban 6 років тому

      Isaeed Nemer Bethlehem is initially called Beit lahm (house of meat or flesh).

    • @NemerTiger
      @NemerTiger 6 років тому +1

      Lebanese Bro, I didn't mention the word Lahma b Ajin, I'm talking about the word LAHMACUN... it's a Turkish word.(I know that it originates from Arabic).

    • @Amooretliban
      @Amooretliban 6 років тому

      Isaeed Nemer I’m saying that the Turkish word lahmacun derives from the Arabic Levantine word lahm bajeen. It is not of Turkish origin.

      The hijab is what is hurting Muslim women right? Obviously its a much more significant issue than war and poverty in Muslim lands right? I mean, lets not worry about that and make it all about the hijab...right? The narrative of the oppressed Muslim woman is old...even when women werent even given the right to property in the west, these types of things were said.
