This was very impressive- one of the few playthroughs I've seen where the player has a good knowledge of Minecraft as well as Pokemon. The best part imo was the building of the Lab, as I feel like that intersection between the 2 games is what makes the mod great. 10/10 video, looking forward to seeing if you do it again with the new update

one thing i really dislike about base cobblemon is the lack of any notifier when stumbling across shiny pokemon. like i thought everyone's outcries about it in scarlet and violet made it really clear how annoying it is, lol
yeah I know there’s a handful of people that wish it was part of the base mod, but there is an additional mod you can download that alerts when shiny/legendary pokemon spawn :)
I’m the odd one out lol. There is a spawn notification mod for shinies but I prefer the game without it. It makes it more rewarding when you actually find one. It’s an extra fun challenge for the community on the server
one thing is shiny pokemon are nothing special and look ugly

I don't know why, but I haven't been able to find any cobblemon content on UA-cam I really connect with. I don't know if its because the existing videos sometimes feel like sensory overload, or if its something else, but from the first minute of watching this video, I knew this was going to be the kind of video I would personally enjoy. I watched this video, and the entire time, I assumed you were some big channel that slipped under my radar. But then I actually looked at your channel and realized how small you actually were!
The production quality and your confidence while speaking REALLY lead me to believe you were a lot bigger because I thought "man this guy is cool, I bet a lot of people watch him."

If only the Pokémon could murk regular Minecraft mobs. I hate having my mons not defending me while a group of skeletons are annoying the ever loving Christ out of me
There's a mod for that I believe is called cobblemon fight or flight
As @mosssstar55 said, cobblemon fight or flight lets your pokemon attack vanilla mobs like how Minecraft dogs attack your target.

For the next update, you should add the following goals to your challenge: Build a competetive level 100 team with high stats, pefect IV's/EV's, natures, movesets, and held items. Breed the rest of your pokemon (along with catching the new ones) to complete a living dex, obtain a full netherite Gholdengo, and build some sort of fancy mega base, like your favorite structure from the pokemon games (Prism Tower from Kalos, the academies from Paldea, or the Tin and Burned towers from Johto could be good options)
