Hi Stu!
Question! Mine was hard top only from factoty however i just purchased factory soft top, do you you know if same bolts are used for both? You mentioned the storage spot but wasn't sure if it was temporary or based on top.
Thanks!
That’s a beautiful jeep rubi. I was looking for one with painted hard top/fenders with leather and nothing. I found a MOAB instead. I love my jeep.
Great video very helpful. Thank you.
Awesome video! Have a 2 door with hard top, looking to acquire a soft top kit for the warmer months!
Glad you enjoyed it Joshua. Thank you for dropping a comment. The soft tops definitely come in hand for the summer. The factory soft tops are generally the best quality, but if you are looking for a better price point the company "Bestop" makes some great soft tops for the Wrangler.
Great video! I have the roll bar covers. It appears I can't have a soft top AND roll bar covers. Am I correct on that assumption?
Do you know the name of those exact panels you removed in the video at 4:05? I have a factory soft top, had a hard top installed but it doesn’t come with those panel covers
These are the freedom panels. If your Jeep didn't come with the storage bag you can order it from any Jeep dealer. The official part name is "freedom panel storage bag" I hope this helps :)
@@drivingwithstu don't think thats what he was asking, he's talking about the back pillar covers that you removed to insert the brackets. Id like to know what they're called as well.
I just talked to a rep on the Jeep E-shop website and they could not find this product. By any chance do you have a link for that soft top, except for a 2-door Wrangler?
Honestly, the factory tops are crazy pricey. Check out the Bestop website! Same quality, better pricing!!
If I am switching from soft to hardtop, should I buy those tools from Jeep to screw the screws, or can I use other tools? -thanks :)
You can absolutely use your own tools. Just make sure you used Torx style driver heads.
Where can i buy a softtop!
This is the factory soft top. You should be able to order one at any licensed Jeep dealership.
Where can I get the hard top to soft top kit?
You can get the factory soft top kit from your local Jeep dealer but they are about $3,500 Canadian $ or check Facebook marketplace as I've seen them as cheap as $1,000.
That’s awesome I got it last year. But didn’t know how to use it. Now I watched ur video , I’m taking off next month for sure. Thank u for ur help.
Glad to hear that! Happy to help 🙌
