Hi, just bought the camera and I've seen multiple videos of you explaining things. I'm a total newbie to this and it frustrates me with you keep saying "key frames" what's a key frame??? Finally in this video you explain it lol (I did google it). Anyway, maybe you could put little thought bubbles up when you mention words like key frame and other things that are just related to editing so people like me can enjoy your videos more and not feel lost. After all, I feel your market for these posts are people who are new to this product. Other than this complaint, I've enjoyed all your videos and I can't wait to get started. Thanks again

Am I understanding correctly that the desktop does not have features that the mobile app has? IF this is the case - does it seem the mobile app has more features available? Having not tried Viewfinder mode --- this mode appears to be the fastest turnaround regarding editing time? This is how it is appearing to me! GREAT job explaining and showing us how movements are made physically, as well as in post. 360 is a whole new world. Thank you, and of course, subbed! CaliKim and CameraGuy

Couple of options 1. Edit over WiFi by connecting the camera to your phone 2. Download the footage to the app 3. Use the Quick Reader to save phone storage space

Genuine question here, i have a very bad stitching problem which i dont see in your video and different lens exposure line. How do you get rid of that? Im not using lens guard and have the settings for lens guard off. Is it also true that the mobile app doesn't have the stitching optimisation (optical flow or ai stitching)? Is there a way to just save those clips in pro mode, or do I need to export the full video every single time? In a 45 minute commute, there are only about four or five clips that I actually need that total out to about 30 seconds.

But when I try to add key frames to change the view, it won’t let me add new key frames unless roughly 1 1/2 minutes in the time line has gone by. I have a question for anyone who has an X4. Do you edit most of your videos on the phone app, or the computer? My computer struggled with editing videos on the Studio software. My GPU is the GTX1050 (GTX 1060 is recommended). So the software would lag like crazy and eventually freeze. Aside from the higher quality video and deeper editing abilities of the Studio software, what other differences are there? @Best360 do you do most of your editing on the computer?
Excuse me, I would like to inquire about an issue I encountered while using the viewfinder record option. It seems that the frame rate is too slow for playback, resulting in a slower recording speed. For instance, a one-minute clip would take more than two minutes to record. Could you please provide some insights into the possible causes and solutions for this problem? Just trim the parts of the video you need and export them

Hmm that’s strange. Try edit in proxy mode. Your phone might not be powerful enough to use this feature
