    Bruh. Are you serious with "The best USA weightlifter" when she was competing in uncontested weight categories and has done basically nothing compared to Robles?

    • @WeightliftingHouse
      @WeightliftingHouse  8 місяців тому +13

      There are plenty of ways to look at who's better. Robles is incredible and sometimes her category is more contested than Mattie's, though probably not currently. By some metrics Sarah is better (she won a World Championships), but you can also look at things like % of world record or world medals which would put Mattie above.

    • @Jay-bo1gs
      @Jay-bo1gs 8 місяців тому +10

      I'm sorry, what weightlifting world are you living in that TWO Olympic medals is less than World's medals in non-Olympic weight categories for that year? You lose reporting credibility every time you try to cover the other 50%.

    • @WeightliftingHouse
      @WeightliftingHouse  8 місяців тому +13

      @@Jay-bo1gs I don't mind if you think that about me. It's possible you might be misreading what I'm saying or think I'm arguing from a very strong opinion when I'm not. I'm just saying that there are several ways to decide who's a better weightlifter. Another example if you don't like world medals or percentage of world record is Sinclair. Regardless of who's better, both are amazing.

    Are you planning on making any more documentaries about past athletes and the stories surrounding their lives and careers? My favorite videos on this channel are the ones on Naim, the Greek all-stars and Vardanyan. A video on athletes like Khrapaty, Chigishev, Boevski, or some of the more obscure athletes that many of us viewers wouldn't even know about would be nice for people who want to learn more about weightlifting history.

    Good god man, I'm over here proud that I can still deadlift 365lbs at 40 years old, and this woman is damn near catching it over her head! Thats absolutely insane no matter what way you cut it. I dont' dare even overhead press 135lbs anymore, and I dont' think I've ever even pressed more than 185lbs ever! edit: Holy crap shes 5'7" at 170lbs, shes only slightly smaller than me, and even more strange, the graduated from my alma mater(UCF). Damn the YT algos are getting freakishly accurate.

      I went through most of your videos with editing all the same . All it takes is less than 30sec to cause a neurological effect(Headache-Seizures ETC:) through repeated rhythm IE: Colors/Flashing/ Fast imaging cut editing. Only those who study the human mind understand this and yes that includes steady swiping away on videos' wondering how did 30 plus min fly by and why hunger is striking after watching that food ad. In the shortest form of expression it's called magic/witch craft of being able to control another unknowingly. Shall I school you more? The only way to change what is being used against us from the time we open are 👀 each morning is to unplug and not follow trends. I started to bite 🐕 back hard on your comeback but no need since I can chew you up and shit you out with knowledge while causing a 🤔 mmmm critical thinking brain spark along with others reading the comments.Well Goddamn' I gave away 45min of my time which could have been used training. Looks like I have to start making in depth videos again waking those still asleep up with a few of WH clips in them. Before I finish typing on this black mirror device (Those in the Craft understand that statement) There is 1 last statement to make. I Dig the channel and it's nice to be able to watch all the competitions world wide' But Think 🤔 before posting.
