Esfand calling out little successes is such an underrated thing that people just don't do enough in games. It's what keeps people playing a game most of the time.
Not enough people recognize it either it's a shame
the fact people dont do it enough is why people dont tend to like playing tank or heal roles due to being under appreciated compared to big pumpers

@@Abionxyeah and then you play retail and the tank is flying through the dungeon on normal, like chill it's not mythic on a timer. Take it easy let the healer heal and dps do their thing. Then it's the heals fault 99.9% of the time 😂

And this is why all players in classic, even healers, should learn first aid while leveling! (With paladins, it's still useful solo with BoP or bubble.)
Edit: sorry, Consecration is in Holy tree in Classic. I must have been thinking of the pre-revamp talent trees.

Esfand directing action and keeping everyone calm definitely prevented anyone from dying. Bonnie did great, crazy to think her first ever time tanking is in HC WoW where death is permanent. Miz + Esfand are so damn funny and entertaining together, add in Britt and Bonnie and you get a hilariously fun time!

I was watching this live. It was enthralling. I couldn’t look away. It was like the train wreck scene in the first Spider-Man where somehow it crashes horribly, but there’s just enough webbing to not die.
I absolutely love that they are having fun playing the greatest game of all time.

The sheer fact alone that Bonnie survived being in a group with miz makes her tanking journey a success.

I’ve played wow for some time. Just curious as I’ve never leveled a warrior that wasn’t arms dps, is it viable to level sword and board going prot spec from 10 or just better all around to go arms early on for tanking? Cheers y’all! Want to try out tanking, just nervous to let a group down and lose peoples characters and time.. 😅😅
@@peeko_luxx2873 prot leveling is viable but slooooow. You really need a mythril shield spike on your shield to level anywhere remotely near other specs. As for tanking, everyone has to learn somewhere.

@@peeko_luxx2873 in vanilla, sword and board makes you rage starved, especially when leveling. I'd recommend doing arms 2 handed tanking till 40, then choosing either early swap to fury, or waiting till lvl 50 then almost all warriors are fury. fury prot is the talent spec most tanks are going to be going at 60, before 60 the prot talents do not matter as much. if u just want to do damage, level arms till 40 then swap fury.
Yea, thorns+ret aura is so good, is essentially enough to overcome healing threat in pulls without casters/ranged enemies, so it makes tanking vs multiple enemies that much easier, even for low level warriors. Can also add warlock to the mix for the imp's fire shield and the bonus health from blood pact. It's never supposed to really butcher the enemies as the damage is far too insignificant for that, but it keeps group pulls in check.
the screen cap at the end was too good. reminded me of the early 2000s running through and screen capping everything i did in wow. lol good stuff
i like that esfand teaches and encourages them CALMLY lol my hubby told me to start playing wow and im excited to learn but im watching all these videos to help me understand the dungeon mechanics when to attack what to do etc

Nice run and you even had it not just hardcore, but with extra difficulty (mythic+ affix: Mizkif in group :D )

they should just run DM with the newbies 20 times so they learn. DM is def the best place to learn the basics like LoS, CC and basic pulls.

I was Deadmine huh?,, what will kill them if they fuck up, not notice patrol? TICK!,, not deal with engineers getting robots and goblins running back and getting over ran TICK!, pulling Captain on the ramp, TICK,,, did everything to get killed and not one died,, outstanding!
