400 people from 77 countries become American citizens at Seattle Center on Independence Day

400 people became new American citizens during a Seattle Center ceremony Thursday.
The new Americans hailed from 77 different countries, and the top five countries represented were India, Philippines, Vietnam, Mexico and China.
