There are so many, from actual roads, other rail crossings and so many farm access trails. And there are stop signs at every crossing, which I rode through like there was nothing there.
Oh crap, sorry about the mix up. Looks like some editors and researchers will get fired for this. lol. 🤣. I apologize again, when I’m watching hours of footage, I occasionally make mistakes. In my last video, I called the Billy Diamond Highway the Billy Bishop Highway… 🤪
Food wasn’t the best to be honest. It was ok. Small selection. We had pizzas… but the beers were delicious. If I lived closer or their beers were available at the beer store, I would definitely pick their lagers over others.
@Peeohtrek good to know. I haven't bought beer that wasn't an NA in 3 years but I am positive you used to be able to get their beer at both the lcbo and beer store. At least the 10w30 and maybe others.
@trailsandtires1457 That’s awesome to hear about the 3 years!!! I wasn’t drinking either, for over a year until a family vacay in the summer. Free beers by the pool and then it became a part of my routine again. I’ve gained some weight and have noticed some other issues, mainly anxiety and heart palpitations and, as of a few weeks ago, I’m dry again. That being said a light lager is definitely easy to enjoy. I haven’t seen any Neustadt beers at the Beer store near me in the Niagara region. But I also never looked that intently. I think a pub in Cambridge had them on tap a long time ago. And that’s where I heard about them… Ok, „overshare” story of my life is over! lol. Enjoy the long weekend!
Hey, do you happen to have the GPX file for this trail or coordinates of where it starts? Also, did you know if a permit is required to ride on this trail?
I’m not 100% sure if you’re allowed to ride there without an OFTR membership. But with an OFTR membership you’re 100% permitted. Also with the membership you get the app with their trax… That being said the gate on the southside of the trail is at : maps.app.goo.gl/ogNVXZjxwb2HWetf9?g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copy
Another great video love seeing local areas
Just a small trip to Sauble Beach Via the Bruce County Rail Trail with my buddy Dave.
Great video! Amazing how much editing can be done when your “better half” is out of town! Uncle J
Funny, cause it’s true! Hahaha.
Looks like a sweet ride minus the road crossings, good stuff!

Probably saw you go by my house when you went through port Elgin(what you have listed as Southampton) 👍 have enjoyed your videos

I didn’t know how to correct the mistake, so i added a little note in the description explaining the Port Elgin error.
Look like a fun place. I'll check it out if it's not 3h from my place. Hehe.
It’s not a trail I’d go out of my way to ride but if I’m heading to Sauble/Port Elgin, I’d rather ride that than highway 6. lol.
I am through Neustadt fairly regularly and have often wondered what the food was like at the brewery.
