I'm with you on healthcare, my friend is a reiki healer. she's all about natural living, remedies etc and honestly, since following her lifestyle advice, i feel so much better. haven't seen a doctor in 7 years.
I developed crippling palmar planter psoriasis about 8 years ago my hands and feet bleed and crack with the skin peeling away, I was seriously ill in my early 30s and was given huge amounts of steroids to save my life, I have always said that this is what has caused my current issues, I know I am lucky to still be alive, I am trying to cope with the current health issues but they chip away at your self esteem, confidence and mobility. I wish Mark all the best, and of course you too, look after yourself x

Hi Rodger I’ve not seen a doctor for years, treat myself with alternative. I agree with everything you said. It’s all money money money. I won’t go to hospitals or take medication. Peace 🧚🏻♀️
Poor Mark. I hope he is feeling so much better now. I am sure you have already done your own research online about foods etc that can cause eczema to flare up besides the over use of steroid creams. When I worked in pharmacy the Pharmacist would always stress not to use steroid creams for too long. Good to hear the washing machine is going to be replaced, sometimes it is not worth doing repairs on known problems. I must also add that your lounge room looks so lovely and you have a good eye for decorating, I thought the tray on top of the nest of tables was actually part of it. Your kitchen and dining looks so nice also. Take care 🙂

Get the junk out of the guest room and the garage and then focus on my vacuum collection and restorations.
Roger so sorry I have so much empathy for Mark. I too have suffered from eczema and its a monster when it flares up😔 Stress is a big factor. I’ve found a way of living with it and avoiding scented creams ..soaps etc.. by using occlusive moisturizers that give a good skin barrier. The skin is the largest organ of the body. When it acts up it can be debilitating. Thank you for sharing hopefully Mark gets to feeling better soon❤
It's always refreshing to hear another sane voice Roger. I believe you're dead on with all those points you made and I'll join you in "tin foil hat corner". In another interest of mine (cars), I've so far only found one youtuber "GeoffBuysCars" who discusses these important issues. He's well worth a watch and is quite entertaining, even if you don't like cars. A close friend has just spent over a week in hospital with multiple blood clots. He suspects he knows why it happened (yes - that), but it doesn't make it any easier to come to terms with. When it's that close to home it hits hard. Best wishes to you Mark, and hope he got good care in hospital.

Hope Mark has recovered in the last month Roger. You have had a tough time of it recently ("never rain but pours" as my granny used to say!) - and keeping us vacuum junkies entertained as well. Although I do love these videos and listening to your opinions - most of which are very similar to my own. I have been loaded with the cold the past week, feeling miserable but my Ibaisaic videos are helping me. Take care.

If Mark keeps breaking everything you will finally get everything new you wanted lol. Love your blogged videos,just let you know I've stopped doing hot food challenges and other food challenges for my health. Most Doctors just out take your money without telling you what's really wrong.
Same with British heart foundation, covering up certain causes of increase in heart attacks etc

I have a friend who has had a lot of success treating her eczema with red light therapy, it's much like a sunbed except you leave without a tan.
