I'v had one back in 1985 love that mini bike. I pant the bike with lacquer paint.
At that time my kids I made the frame and order the parts got the engine at Harbor freight tools and got the pant at Napa auto parts in can's.

By any chance do u know how to fix it when the brake lever is hard to pull and the brake barely barely barely stop u?

I've had that happen myself, and the way I fixed it was flipping the brake pads around.
