In today's vlog we get after it and get out and get some exercise in the books then we head home eat and clean up and get after it and head out dumpster diving we're we find an amazing haul :) Hope you enjoy the vlog, see you on the next one & Thank You For Your Time.
I've been a part time Dumpster Diver for about 4 years now, I normally go out 2x per week for full dives and sometimes look around 1-2 complexes after the movies etc or on the way home. Overall my eyes are always scanning the curbs and behind shops.

Would love to go dumpster diving but we live in DC and the rats here are as big as puppies and they stare at you as you walk by. Wouldn't want to run into on in a dumpster. Nice finds.

it's crazy the people things dump! wish people would use Craigslist here to recycle things! I am from Fla and Craigslist is awesome there for free stuff! I actually got a neighbor's kids an awesome Christmas from Craigslist that they otherwise wouldn't have had one gift. one family hooked me up major!! filled under and out of tree for a boy and girl 4 yrs ago! god bless u and stay safe out there

Speaking of television cords I save all kinds of cords. I got tv, video and audio cords. I even got the old pair of rabbit ears tv antenna. I also got cords for cellphones and plugs as well.

I previously found some little gems in my area in the past (I live in the Kensington area of UK). Nowadays people are either selling their goods or giving away for free online - some giveaways are great if you drive to collect but I don't so I've missed out. Recently got a lovely tufted diamonte faux leather headboard which owner delivered to me (gave her gas money as a gesture).

For in apartment complexes, wouldn't it typically be trespassing?
Make sure to read signs in the entry way, I've never had a problem and I've been caught by the police:) commercial areas you might get in trouble if it says no trespassing. I've never had issues in over 4 years:)

I used to speak during the dumpster diving parts, but it's normally like 1-4am in the morning so I can't talk very loud because people's windows are feet from where I am so I'd wake them up.
