Getting the music sheet from Luminas grandma, the drum from Gustafa and showing them to your kid each day, will greatly help with Influencing music, as does each additional Reccord, taking her to the bluebird cafe has a good influence effect too, (also when holding only lullaby) For Athletics show her the ball and sullys medal he gives you at high friendship, take to Sullys, and talk to him and Hugh with the kid around, Have the child do extra walking so take to places like the beach or the cliff hills next to ninas grave and make them walk back themselves, jump over fences holding the child, and have them watch you jump them Too much attention when they ask to be picked up can make the child needy depressed and low self confidence in later chapters, Not enough attention or low friendship with you can also make them depressed but they lack respect for you as well,
if you don’t cut the field much the grass will spread on its own, i put down maybe 20 fertilizer total & my whole field is covered (year 2). i cut about 30 spots maybe twice a season
Gustafa's name is pronounce goo-staw-fa, not gus-tuh-fuh/goo-stuh-fuh. i remember everyone was confused on how to pronounce his name back when the special edition for PS2 came out too, including myself haha Also, that reaction you got from Vinnie, i think that's because the crop was mixed with a carrot. in the original he HATED carrots, although i don't remember him actually giving a bad reaction like that despite making the correct hybrid.

To increase the fruits quality just keep adding fertilizer to them. You can do this even when the trees are fully grown, it will take some time though. I believe the upseed flower increases quality, but so far the only flower that I have had been able to successfully combined with any fruit was the trick blue flower, I combined it with a banana and got a blue banana seed.
Use fertilizer to your crop (i use turnip because its cheapest and fastest) keep fertilizer everyday it until you cant put it anymore, after harvest put it in seed maker and have s rank turnip seed. Then you can use it to increase your tree seed. Also fastest way is combine upseed flower and seed to make S rank seed. Then combine s rank seed with tree seed.

You don’t need to harvest crops one by one, use the sickle to grab them all at once! Much easier

fodder+ is meant as a treat! it helps raise your animals' health and heart level.

If you hybridize on days when your fortune on the tv is amazing, and you talk Vinnie up to max affection, it increases the odds of success.

Try snuggling and brushing before shearing! I do this and get gold wool almost every time.

You can fertilize them twice a day up until they are maxed IIRC.

if you can no longer spread fertilizer, means the blossoming crop is already at S tier and waiting to be harvest.

you fodder 2x a day until the leaves are deep greeen and it won't allow you to do it anymore.
