What is that IPAD like device to the drivers right? I drive here in Prince Edward Island, Canada and I'm not familiar with it. At 10:35, why are you in the left lane? My DI would fail you for not turning into the left lane first and then move over to the right lane, and staying there until you need to move to the left. Also, he said I want to see both hands on the wheel at all times over 40.

In nj it is illegal for a bus or truck to be driving below the posted speed on expressways, parkways and turnpikes. Instant ticket in nj. I guess because down there people may not be driving like they do here in the nyc metro area.
IC CE only started doing Cummins in 2016. Before then, it was Maxxforce in 2009, then the VT365 in 2004, and the T444E in 2002. The DT466E was an option until 2009.
Isn't much he can do about it when the bus itself is choked down to 45. He shouldn't be driving on the interstate with it. And if he doesn't have a choice but to go this way, they should make an exemption to the 45 rule and turn the governor up on the bus so he can drive it safely.
@@jerrysylvesterjrand in the future they should get buses with a higher ratio (I heard 5.57 is a good rear gear to add from 9sb19) but also could unlock 6th with the existing ratio and allow them to go 70.
They use the white activity buses for that stuff however it wouldnt be necessary to have an extra fleet of buses if they'd just bump these yellow buses up to highway speeds

We're okay at 45. 45 is the highest speed limit in the area other than the highway. And buses are only on the highway for like 3 minutes.

That bus gets up and moves pretty good with that Cummins engine.

Here in Colorado most of ours are locked down at 72 but some will get up north of 75/76.

He was going under the speed limit a significant amount. He put on his hazards for the literal purpose of the word "hazard".
In Texas the top speed for bus drivers are 55 mph but 55 is kinda slow because people keep passing us
In Colorado most are not limited and can go 75 mph.

So I ride a 2022 IC CE, Here in Cumberland County, NC. I ride 437. It is a Cummins ISB 6.7.L. And that baby sounds good!
judging by the paint on those activity buses this is either Guilford County or Forsyth county

Nj this is a Instant ticket on a parkway, turnpike or expressway. You must follow posted or traffic conditions in a bus or truck. It is dangerous.
