Hey swivel. Can you recommend me a deck that uses headless hunt as a win condition? Km more of a spammy cycle player.

Headless hunt is not strong, If you're wishing to clean companions, obscurus or orb of water is better.
Stronger summons decks are hagrid locomotor and twins locomotor that brings suitcase and cnfb. Newt is strong with suitcase, and I guess if you really have to bring hh, newt is your best choice
I haven't played summons in global for a very long time, so I can't give you an exact deck, but just remember bring golden snitch and niffler
