Blue OP tag is 80s. Here's another Filson like company. Bemidji Woolen Mills out of Minn. Comps are very similar to Filson. High quality, high resale. Only found it once in a jacket and it was very profitable.
Crazy good haul! I found one of those extreme cold/wet weather parkas (layer 6) in the bins yesterday and wouldn't have ever known to grab it without Captain Camopants here. Unfortunately it was just the UCP digital camo. The fact I even know to say that blows my mind, all thanks to Professor Yumbo.
I’m not sure. It looks like it’s been modified in several ways, so hard for me to identify. It has wreath donut buttons and It’s lighter weight than 40s Hbt if that helps.
You should be able to sew jeans in that area by just cramming them under the needle/presser foot from the top until you reach that area. You would need denim needles tho. Made for thicker fabric.
Yep u just have to cram as much slack as u need to move freely. Like blindly sewing inside a denim bucket. Its so aggravating that I swear I'll never do it again every time. But I bike and have repaired the crotch/seat of countless beloved jeans. Sometimes if I'm adding a patch inside, it gets warped without noticing as I go and the fit is jacked and i gotta start over lol 🥴 practice on a few unwanted jeans first. Love learning with your vids!!!
No complaints this time lol. I love that I’m just the lady that complains haha. It’s fine really. I do watch your videos all the way through by the way. Hopefully that counts for something! Jk jk 😹 Anyways, I enjoyed the video! I learn something new every video so thank you for making them even when you don’t want to! That was a good haul!
🐐 Thanks for the awesome vids!
I love ur videos bro you’re really knowledgeable and I always learn something new

Nice. Anything that says “layer” or “extreme” is a grab.
Let’s go!!! Always cheering on your videos.
M65 woodland is nothing? Look at those patches. Check out what they are to sell the history of that jacket. Find a cheap liner and add more value.
I can never move them. Good idea. I’ll look into the patches.
Finding Beyond clothing brand new is insane, great find
I’m happy bout it.
whats the name of that herringbone twill shirt from the 50s

Also if it's just a hole- then perhaps iron on patches?
I’ll try the cram method.
I had OP t shirts like that in the early 80s. Those and the OP wide wale corduroy shorts. We wore them in middle school in CT.
Have you been finding a ton of Silvertab jeans lately too? I’ve found multiple pairs the last 4 straight sourcing trips. I used to never find them.
Not many unfortunately.
Welcome back
❤️
YUMBO!!!!!!!
What I would give to find this kinda stuff regularly in my area
