The wardrobe could've held two people, which means that Snow could've gone with Emma to the real world even after she was born, but Geppetto forced the blue fairy to lie and say it could only hold one person, so Pinocchio could go instead of Snow. It was selfish, and it caused Emma to be alone for her entire life.
