Suggestion my friend: Ask the doctor to let you cut the umbilical cord. It is very simple. The doctor places two clamps, and then you just snip in the middle of the clamps with a surgical scissor.

Il have been a conasoure of fine coffee over last 10 years. My favorites are ones with berry an fruit notes. Ethiopians, but love some hawaiin kona also. Tried jamacin blue one time cause i thought it was supposed to be the best. But was disappointed. Maybe it was true jamican or the freshest

Hi Elton! Congrats to you and your wife. I’m so glad I found your channel. I’m also from the Bay Area but grew up many years in Nicaragua (Jinotepe Carazo). I go back at least once every couple of years as of recently. I’m planning on heading back this year and I was curious if you had any hiccups entering the country? Last I heard they were restricting people going in…? I’m also curious as to how you feel about the current climate in Nicaragua. As someone who grew up their I don’t let the news dictate my feelings towards Nicaragua but safety is key.
Appreciate any insight/advice on your recent travels since I saw that you’re back in Nicaragua.

Hi Thamara! I am glad you liked the channel and that's awesome you spent sometime in Nica. No issues on entering the country, you will need a covid vaccine card or a negative test to enter the country. Beware with bringing electronics as they charge you at the airport. In terms of safety I havent had any problems, things are calm as of now. I have seen lot's of new travellers coming from all over the world and tourism is picking back up. I believe there are good opportunities in Nicaragua even though it is the second poorest country in Central America. China Belt & road initiative will bring wealth to Nicaragua if you are following the latest news. Most Americans & westerners are ignorant of this fact.

Yes, this type of big projects from China will bring a lot of wealth to the government not to the poor people of Nicaragua, are the big industries willing to pay the workers in dollars or just pure chancheros (pesos) for their hard work? That is why Nicaragua is the second poorest county of the American Continent.

Good questions. no issues so far. I know a bunch of expats that own farms and houses, no issues.
