    Exercising in a moderate way plays a crucial role in being healthy and it can also lower your body fat percentage. In addition to that, I should cut down on sugar in order to have an excellent body and I believe that we cannot burn the midnight oil when it comes to have a strong physical structure.

      Good sentence. I made some small corrections below.
      I put 2 commas.
      And if you use a verb after " when it comes to," it should be used verb+ing. So it must be "when it comes to having.."
      And the last sentence would be better like this. " We should not stay up late when it comes to having a strong physical structure."
      Exercising in a moderate way plays a crucial role in being healthy, and it can also lower your body fat percentage. Congrats for this great episode! Please could you me explain if "to lower" and "to cut on" are synonymous?

    • @SimplyExplained-tf5lu
      @SimplyExplained-tf5lu  Місяць тому +1

      Thank you for your kind words and for your attention.👍
      They are similar to each other. The key difference is below:
      Use "to lower" when referring to something measurable (prices, levels, temperatures).
      Use "to cut on" when talking about reducing habits or personal usage (e.g., spending, eating).
      I hope it's clear.😊❤️👋

    Could you compare ‘decent’ to ‘moderate’. , are there various meanings? Thank you so much❤️

    • @SimplyExplained-tf5lu
      @SimplyExplained-tf5lu  Місяць тому

      Very similar, but not always.
      "Decent": Acceptable, good enough, or respectable.
      "The food was decent." (It was okay, not bad.)
      "Moderate": Average, balanced, or not extreme.
      "He runs at a moderate pace." (Not too fast, not too slow.)
      Difference:
      "Decent" refers to quality.
      "Moderate" refers to the amount or balance.
      I hope it's clear.

      Your sentence is correct. If you write, "The company decided to lower their product prices to attract more customers," It sounds more concise and natural.

    Hey guys.
    Is it technically possible to add free transcript files to your past videos that don't have them? I find it very useful to read the transcript before listening to the episode.
    My strategy is quite simple.
    First step - I read the transcript and translate it.
    Second step - I listen to the transcript like several times.
    Third step - I read out loud the transcript 3-4 times.
    Fourth step - I listen to the previously learned episodes in the background like a radio or something.
    Much obliged.

      Wow, I am truly impressed by your approach; it’s very effective. Unfortunately, providing their transcripts is quite difficult right now because it takes a long time. However, we might be able to prepare a few of them. If we do, I will let you know via this message.

    Hi dear,
    can i say that....... i need to cut down on my aggressive behaviour. Is it right or wrong ?
    could you help me the understand of meaning of TO CEASE.
    Thanks.

    • @SimplyExplained-tf5lu
      @SimplyExplained-tf5lu  24 дні тому

      Yes, you can say it
      To cease: To stop something completely or come to an end.
      Example 1: "The company decided to cease production of the old model." (Stop producing it.)
      Example 2: "He begged her to cease arguing." (Stop arguing.)
      I hope it's clear.
