These cards are so stunning and inspiring Jennifer! Thanks for sharing your creativity using Lunar Paste. I love that you shared so many different tools to apply it. On my way to my craft room to test out the brayer method now! :)
Dear Jennifer, thank you so much, for another wonderful video ...I love your videos very much. Every time I learn a little bit more. I have only a few crafting supplies ...but I learned from you ...to mix and use the things I have. Thank you so much for that . 💌
I love this technique Jennifer. I really like a vintage look and this is what this technique reminds me of. I have never used a lunar paste or paste of any kind actually but will definitely be purchasing them now as I am keen to try them out. I love the SSS products. Thanks for sharing. The projects you created are beautiful.
Jennifer, I have learned so much from you and I have been making cards for about 20 yrs. Thank you so much for sharing all these great ideas. My card make skills have greatly improved since I started watching you. Love this Lunar paste! Blessings🤗. P.S. I’m going to the Great Lakes Megameet in May and wishI could see you there: hope Simon is!
Beautiful idea & results. Another idea ~ after you've shimmered your paper Jennifer, lightly Brayer on white pigment or any other 3rd color! I have a feeling it will create a whole new dimension especially with the 3D versus 2D folders & I can't wait to try it out!! Thanks Simon & Thanks Jennifer!! 💖
Oh… Jennifer, that red background with the berries and stems is just awesome. It is absolutely gorgeous! Love all the cards,, but that one is just stunning!
So many beautiful examples! LOVE the look of the lunar paste, so on my wishlist now! Thanks Jennifer for another great showcase of this newer product xoxo
I love embossing folders! And I love that you share so many beautiful ways “step them up”. All of these backgrounds are so pretty. I’ve got to say that when you applied the gold paste to the gray with your finger, all I could see were little Seuss-like creatures 😂 Once I saw them I couldn’t unsee them 😊Thanks for sharing your talent 💕
Thank you for sharing your techniques for adding beautiful shine to embossing folders. I'm in my first year of making cards and have just added several embossing folders to my crafting supplies. It is very inspiring to see them used in this way!
Never really knew what to do with the lunar paste or how it would look. I do now! It’s really awesome! Appreciate the video Jennifer particularly the tips on its use. 😊
What a fantastic video! Thank you so much. I really appreciate seeing all the different ways to apply the paste and in different colour combinations. And the finished cards are absolutely stunning. Thank you!
It is amazing how that texture just pops with the Lunar Paste - wow! I've played with metallic ink pads on mine, but it's not even close to that eyecandy shine. Thank you Jennifer! 😍❤️👏🏻 I think I will need to give some serious thought to acquiring a few jars ... but wait! ... maybe I shouldn't thank you after all, because I'm officially out of space here! 🥺🫤🙃😂😂😂
Awesome video thank you. I love embossing folders and must try this technique. Also love the vellum for the background part of the sentiments. Than you for all the ideas - your cards are gorgeous! xxx
Oh my @Jennifer McGuire! I’m definitely going to hell! I’m not coveting your ox, but I’m definitely coveting your embossing folders and all those gorgeous Lunar pastes! I think I need to re-mortgage the house…! 😂 Thank you! ❤
Your cards are absolutely gorgeous!!!! I saw his video too and very much liked it. I do am lucky, to have 4 of his pastes so yeah... Will give it a try. Yours look beautiful
The "Sold! gavel" went down with the pink and gold example. 🤭 I don't have a paste like this in my stash, but after seeing all the versatility and wow-factor, I'm going to have to do some shopping! Great work, thank you, Jennifer! ❤️
These are beautiful. I don't have any of the paste you used, but I have been thinking I need to use my Liquid Pearls again. I will have to give it a try. Thanks for more inspiration!
I love these cards and will definitely check out Lunar Paste! Just wondering what I could mix with the mica powders I already have to approximate this look?
I absolutely love Simon Hurley Pastes. They are so versatile. Your cards are gorgeous! I do have one question, which company makes the pearl gems that you used for the berries?
I don't have any lunar paste. I do have creamy chalks. So I shall try this with the chalks. I shall search my stash, I think I also have some metallic rub ones that might give a similar result. I am going to have some fun shopping my stash.
I love this technique I have other colors that I love using:) that red and gold is stunning and so is the blue with the sky blue is also stunning:) I have a question for you??? It’s one I struggle all the time with and that is embossing folders with a scenery with no dies, ‘ how do you implement those into a card? For example the one you just showed with the bird house say there are no dies how would you put that into a card? Tfs God Bless:)
Hi Jennifer! I'm wondering if someone pushes too hard over the Lunar Paste--if they could run it through the machine with the EF again? Would it ruin the EF? These are so gorgeous! I have some lunar paste! Very excited!
These are gorgeous. Can you cover the paper with the lunar paste before you emboss the paper and then emboss when it dries or will that make the paper crack?
once again lovely cards. Thanks Jennifer. I notice the second loop on the 'merry' is not there on the ornament die cut. Not so noticeable with the bow on top. Was this a mistake by the provider?
Hi Jennifer* sadly, you covered up the BIRDS on the green & gold one😔. I thought they were the nicest image on the image. Love your ideas though. TFS 🙏🥰
These cards are so stunning and inspiring Jennifer! Thanks for sharing your creativity using Lunar Paste. I love that you shared so many different tools to apply it. On my way to my craft room to test out the brayer method now! :)
You created an excellent product Simon!
That raspberry pink with the gold is gorgeous! Great video, as always!
Thank you so much!
Hey thrifty friends, I use cream eyeshadows I no longer wear as metallic paste, it works brilliantly in okace of the real stuff 😉 TFS Jennifer!
Thanks for the idea. I knew there was a reason I didn't throw mine away.
Chunky Bird, if you add a few drops of Glycerin to mica eyeshadows you can make watercolors.
Just tried the eye shadow and was amazed!
I love Lunar paste, these cards are beautiful. Love the tone on tone looks
Jennifer and Simon Says hit a home run with these holiday cards ! Bravo !
I love Simon Hurley’s Lunar Pastes. The drying time is the best. And the colors are magnificent. Thank you for sharing your ideas and talents. 🤗
My favorite videos are when you use embossing folders!! Thank you Jennifer 😊
Fun and amazing technique.
Love these colors of lunar paste.
Just beautiful.

I’m all for shine and glitz, 3D embossing folders and leaves! Put those together and you got it!!! Thanks Jennifer for great ideas again!
Gorgeous cards, as usual!! ❤

Simon’s pastes are fabulous!! I keep finding new ways to use them! Thanks so much for the inspiration and beautiful examples! 🧑🏼🎨🍁🌻
these backgrounds remind me of old tin ceilings!
What great ideas and beautiful cards. Love watching you create. 🙏😍

Simply stunning cards, Jennifer! I can’t choose a favorite, but definitely using your ideas on my Christmas cards ❤
It is amazing how that texture just pops with the Lunar Paste - wow! I've played with metallic ink pads on mine, but it's not even close to that eyecandy shine. These are so beautiful Jennifer.
Absolutely fantastic I love this idea and think it's beautiful.................pat
Just WOW! This is amazing use of so many of our materials. An’t wait to try this.
Awesome video thank you. I love embossing folders and must try this technique. Also love the vellum for the background part of the sentiments. Than you for all the ideas - your cards are gorgeous! xxx

Wow Jennifer, these are fantastic. Thanks so much. 😊🇨🇦
These cards are so gorgeous!!
Your cards are absolutely gorgeous!!!!
I saw his video too and very much liked it. I do am lucky, to have 4 of his pastes so yeah... Will give it a try. Yours look beautiful
I have many older products to use for this technique. I prefer just the focal image with a luster. Thanks for sharing this!
Beautiful cards! I will be trying this with my lunar paste!!! Thanks❤️
Wow! This is an amazing looking technique perfect for the holidays
All are Beautiful 😍. I haven't used my cutting machine in a while but you reminded me to get back busy 🙏❤️.
Thank you, Jennifer, these are amazing 🤩
It would be cool to make that snowflake removable so it could be used as an ornament!
The "Sold! gavel" went down with the pink and gold example. 🤭 I don't have a paste like this in my stash, but after seeing all the versatility and wow-factor, I'm going to have to do some shopping! Great work, thank you, Jennifer! ❤️

Love these!
Thank you so very much; i just purchased these!
How beautiful !
This is a beautiful technique!
Note to self...Must try Lunar Paste...thank you for the tutorial.
Beautiful ❄️
Beautiful cards
Gorgeous! Looks like ceiling tins.
Love this technique. Thank you.
I like the surface (raised area shine) best!
I love these cards and will definitely check out Lunar Paste! Just wondering what I could mix with the mica powders I already have to approximate this look?
Great demo
I love this stuff…
This is just like Tim holtz foundry wax!
I absolutely love Simon Hurley Pastes. They are so versatile. Your cards are gorgeous! I do have one question, which company makes the pearl gems that you used for the berries?
These pastes look amazing! So fun & versatile to work with! How long do they take to dry after applied?
Not very long because it's applied in a thin layer
I don't have any lunar paste. I do have creamy chalks. So I shall try this with the chalks. I shall search my stash, I think I also have some metallic rub ones that might give a similar result. I am going to have some fun shopping my stash.
Really pretty technique! Can't wait to try it! TFS!
Beautiful! My jars will, or open, the lids are extremely tight. Can I soak jar in hot water?
Looks like pressed tin tiles….very pretty technique
So cool!❤❤
Did you and Gina K. connect on this???! She did embossing folder techniques on her live today too! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Love the look, however I am a little heavy handed (fingered!) when applying metallics. I will give it another go using some of your techniques.
I love this technique I have other colors that I love using:) that red and gold is stunning and so is the blue with the sky blue is also stunning:) I have a question for you??? For example the one you just showed with the bird house say there are no dies how would you put that into a card? Tfs God Bless:)
I do this with the cosmic shimmer polishes, etc.
Beautiful! Anyone know where to get those berries around 18:38? I don't see them on the supply list and I love their color.
They are pearls. You can get pearls at Pretty Pink Posh

Thank you!
Hi Jennifer! I'm wondering if someone pushes too hard over the Lunar Paste--if they could run it through the machine with the EF again? Would it ruin the EF? These are so gorgeous! I have some lunar paste! Very excited!
Hmmm... I don't know. I'd say try it but I'd be afraid it might damage the EF.
@@jennifermcguireink thank you! You are THE BEST!
These are gorgeous. Can you cover the paper with the lunar paste before you emboss the paper and then emboss when it dries or will that make the paper crack?
Hmmm.... I have never tried it nor have I seen Simon Hurley do it so I'm not sure.
So nice to see natural fingernails- I always find coloured polish /acrylic nails so distracting
i agree about acrylic nails, but i love to have fun with color! :) it makes me happy - sorry if it is distracting.
On your card with the Friendly Birds EF, what color (brand) card stock, & the green Lunar Paste did you use?
Wow!!! that navy card stock is a gorgeous color!!! Can you share what brand of navy you used? Thank you.
lawn fawn blue jay
once again lovely cards. Thanks Jennifer. I notice the second loop on the 'merry' is not there on the ornament die cut. Not so noticeable with the bow on top. Was this a mistake by the provider?
On the second "r"? I don't think so. I think it was a design choice as far as I know.
How about adding lunar paste inside the 3D folder, like you've used ink before running it through the machine?
I'm a huge fan of Simon's products. Now he has dies or svg/png files so electronic machines will cut the out.
Hi Jennifer 😊 I have a question : after using any brand of paste, do you apply a sealer?
No, I don't. no need to
Hi Jennifer* sadly, you covered up the BIRDS on the green & gold one😔. I thought they were the nicest image on the image.
Love your ideas though.
TFS 🙏🥰
I liked the cards, but also want to see one that highlights the cute birds. Maybe You could a frame around the embossed birds?
Would using a braver to apply the paste work? Or would it dry out to fast on the Breyer?
Yes, a brayer works
I’d love to know how you get such smooth edges when applying an embossed image on to your card base. I always get bumpy edges which I don’t like
do you mean warping? i you mean bumps from the texture, they are there. but you could try to smooth the edges with a bone folder
I’m confused. I thought the idea of all embossing folders was to make a 3D impression. 2D would just be a flat piece of paper wouldn’t it? 🤔
3d embossing folders are meant to have more depth to them.
👍👍👍👍👍🤩🤩🤩🤩👏👏👏👍
I am so sad you covered the birds 😔
they like to hide :)
@@jennifermcguireink These are lovely, but please do one that highlights those adorable birds!
