I’m thinking about getting the roadrunner v2 and planning on commuting back and forth to work with it. From your experience riding this what’s the range on this before it dies out on a fully charge battery?
Dont know if this is accurate but it looked like Phoenix Metro area and it made me home sick. Its a year since you posted, is it still running well?

Was going to but they were still in development. I ended getting a motorcycle for a 1k more than the starting price for pro. Was really considering but my commute went from 6 miles to 15 miles so had to get something I can take on the freeway again. Miss commuting the trails to work still. Let’s see what the future holds tho. Having fun watching everyone enjoy their roadrunner as much as I did.
Any close calls with cars not seeing you?
Always stay on sidewalks or trails like 90% of time. That’s what makes them fun. Stay away from main streets. Stay safe.

I feel you have to give it a purpose. I needed something to get me to work and back efficiently. 10 miles a day round trip. Did that for months. Put 600 miles on it before retiring it to the trails only.
Hey, do you feel safe on this? Do you feel like drivers can see you riding on it. I’m a shorter guy at 5’6 and I’m scared that if I sit too low on this, cars won’t see me and will crush my delicate body to pieces!
Lmao it is a bit sketchy but as long as you wear bright clothes, stay on trails and backstreets you’ll increase your chances of not being hit. Always wear gear. Positive mind, positive results. Stay safe!👍
How does the police react to seeing this on the road? Cause it looks like a mini motorcycle more than a scooter.
Haha well I follow bicycle rules more than anything. Take a lot of trails and stay on the side walk at stop lights. Don’t take main roads so honestly don’t see much of cops. But when I do I’m only going 25-30 mph most of the time. They don’t really bother me.

Depends on what your looking to use it for. I ride it to work and back everyday. I was able to enjoy a lot of parks and trails in town without walking the whole thing.
I like the community also. Inexpensive way of starting to invest in cleaner transportation. Quality is there and the technology is simple enough to get more comfortable with EVs. 👍
Police will always stop you. Ticket everyday
Passed by them everyday. Never said a thing. Took a lot of trails and was on sidewalks for most of the busy streets. Shared the streets with cars on side roads. Never a problem. Guess I got lucky. Either way as long as your courteous and respecting traffic laws Im sure they’ll leave you alone. Def now a days there’s more eyes on us with scooters going 50mph!
