Bravo to you, for being so thorough. I only began habit/life tracking at 50. I wish I would have started earlier then I might've noticed symptoms in my late 40s that things were changing as I progress through "the big change". My advice to younger women is to track it all.
I love this. Thank you for sharing. I'm finally breaking in my SI weeks notebook and putting in some habit trackers. It will be more a bullet journal style since it's just the notebook and not a planner. Maybe it will help me get back to being creative.
Thanks for providing details! I am trying to build a performance tracker for work. We have a quarterly review cycle which takes soo much time to prepare for but it seems like a bullet tracker would simplify the process. Have you considered using a habit tracker for work/school or anything where you will receive grades?
I'm no longer in school 🥰 I finished my Bachelors back in 2018. I do use some trackers for work but they are mainly checking off repetitive tasks like product creation/upload, product photos/listings, etc.
Great tracker video!! I’m curious what you’re tracking in the pattern tracker? Are they all positive? Or are you tracking negative habits, like sugar? I love that idea!
I don't really treat things as positive or negative habits, but yes! I have sugar, meat, some other food groups, exercise, conversation, and more. I honestly change it up every month depending on what I want to track.
When you track your garden info, what do you reference please? Do you measure the temp and precipitation yourself? My struggle is the predicted high is not always the actual.
I have a thermometer and a rain gauge in my yard. But I don't track the precipitation that closely, only if it rained at some point in the day. I also only reference the thermometer if I remember to, I find that the weather app on my phone is pretty accurate, and I have also used weather underground www.wunderground.com/history to look at the history in my area. I hope that helps!

Thank you so much for sharing and watching! We will have a community of habit trackers in no time :)
