Whats the measurements for this crate and the dowels

The crate dimensions are
16\"x 12.5\" x 9.5\" (40.6 x 31.7 x 24 cm). The measurements of the dowels really depends on how far down you want the longest article of clothing to hang. Mine were about 30” high.
