The problem with these characters is the very mundane and uninspired costume design of the characters who wear ordinary common street style lacking in uniqueness or originality. Anyone who is an otaku greater majority of supernaturally powered characters have unique originality to the costume designs even when the borrow from elsewhere it's still not a direct copy n paste because they make additions beyond just playing with superficial colors.
Also the Weak AF way of just throwing generic manga/ anime hairstyle on random characters.🤦🤦🤦 .... U have some black characters, where is the diversity of black hairstyles?!??
And for all the black characters u have, how many have African names because they was seem to have only Western names?
Where do they all where ONLY ordinary Western and victorian wear?!?
It would also be nice if these characters .....or at least some of them .... had some Eldritch-ness to them or
Having said that, i do appreciate the character diversity and represention but they need to POP visually beyins just their racial diversity.
There are very many AI art generator tools now which you can use to try all kinds of mix mash experimenting to come up with unique looks for your characters.
I mean, I like how my characters. Why do I have to follow the trend?
And I personally like anime hairstyles. These aren't exactly earth-born characters. Or our universe characters. Remember, this isn't Earth lol but if you want African Names, Black Sands comics have plenty of those. I like the names I use.
Again, I like these outfits.
The issue is that I actually love my characters.
@@suggsverse I said African NAMES for at least some of the black character u have which are MANY in the cast so i find it odd (frankly not only me) that NONE of the black characters have African names.
I know and understand these characters are meta-cosmic and yet YOU gave MAJORITY of them human "earth" names.
@@suggsverse Frankly, Blacks are known to have a beautiful diversity of hairstyles which when ignored just to copy n paste a generic spikey hair on black characters seems lazy.
The recurring use of normal ordinary street wear as costumes severely diminished the sense of originality and uniqueness. They lack that visual pop that makes any of them instantly identifiable costume-wise.
We can have these ordinary wear as their clothes of normal wear when masquerading as mere human civilians but when they power up or upgrade or morph or something we should see changes in the gear n drip into more individually unique styles
