Yes , sweet drink is a killer,most Asian are so used to that from advertising success,simply by cutting off that you will be much better off.you are so lovely and cute and genuine,is not so much about your look of being over weigh, is you are so young,need to watch out for health before is too late,even young people can get THREE highs.another thing is add few drops of lemon to your food, can help cut down cholesterol 30%.stop eating when 70% full.can still eat all food when it, but when home or second meal, try home cooking without carb.,when you eat salad, add an egg, avacardo, nuts,cucumber or sweet pepper which is filling instead green leave veg.use cauliflower shredded into tiny pieces like rice to stir fry as rice,etc.eat slower.one more do not drink bottle water,is toxic,imagine during transport,under sun hot weather, those cheap disposable bottle melts down chemical to water,also the bottle create chunk to the world which will max out soon.your method is so good, do not aim at sudden lost of weigh, do it gradually,even one lb a day adds up quickly.I usually stand on scale in the morning without clothing before breakfast after toilet,if you gained one lb, watch out eat less or cut carb.I used to gain five lbs after each travel,now I choose to taste everything still but in smaller portion,and when get home cut down until you get back to original for the the next.I travel every three months, and travel a month, just get me enough time to get back to nonmoral before the next, and I am able to try new food again at different counties.wish you good luck and stay strong with your habit.try not use ;transport but walk if you don’t have time for excercise at gym, fast walking can have same effect.

看你影片還看到那個苦瓜分解茶,上次我暑假待年底在台灣剪了差不多20kg就手靠在學校的健身房和清淡飲食加上每天一支分解茶,雖然有點小貴但真的見效。可是回來馬來西亞就😢😄

@@oceanlam5121豚長肥左咁多年,其實身體內細胞都係肥胖細胞多,所以肥胖人減完要等2-3年先叫成功係因為需要改變埋體內細胞,否則都會好快又肥返,睇下欣宜就知

注意健康不是為數字而減肥才是王道。我都減過兩次,但最後都好快反彈。我現在注意飲食,一星期1次有少糖飲品,都要平衡自己心理需要。唔好心急,支持妳。大家一齊努力。

對我來說,減肥最重要是運動,跟住適量飲食,只顧極度減食而不做運動,成效不大!多運動,即使食多了也不會肥!

估你減咗肥之後會係一個靚女,加油💪
見呢條片係台灣,你又話鍾意踩單車,不如Upgrade 行程,安排單車環島,無信心嘅話可以電動單車,當然唔好濫用電啦,上斜先好用,同埋之前梗係要操車啦。
我自己9年前去,踩10日,另加一日墾丁,自己本身都唔多運動,當時體重大約175-180磅,11日後,上磅好驚嚇見到72公斤。而且行1程中仲食多咗嘢,最記得係台南夜晚仲係食溫體牛火鍋。
結論係,之後嘅飲食唔該控制返,因為真係好易反彈。不過呢種體驗係好值得。
