The Konkanis in Mangalore (GSBs and Catholics) should also be able to relate to this. There are historical reasons, let me explain. The Konkani spoken by GSBs in Mangalore (and south Goan/Saxtti Konkani mentioned in this video) originated from southern old Konkani and the Konkani of the Catholics in Mangalore (and north Goan/Bardesi Konkani) originated from northern old Konkani. Southern and Northern old Konkani dialects existed in Goa even before the Konkanis migrated out of Goa due to Portuguese conquest.

Also I study in Ponda, so the last final segment was hilarious as I could understand all three of them. (I'm teased by my cousins for acquiring a bit of the 'Ponda' konkani.)
