She said that purchasing is the goal. You can make more in the long run, you just have to take care of all the costs of utilities etc. just make sure you get details from realtor on what’s covered in cam costs etc.

Snoop my spaces are between 150 - 200 sq/ft. Your electrical and ventilation has to accommodate each room.
