    one of my favorite videos going threw every coral, please make more videos like this. there are no videos like this and id love to see more acropora and learn more about each individual acropora. there is no videos where someone goes threw the kinds of acropora, talks about each individual in depth. thanks again for the videos!

      Awesome videos all, thanks for all the hard work. I do want to ask a question about prompting corals to actually spawn in captivity. Has anyone accomplished this? Perhaps by programming pumps to mimic the actual tidal cycle and keying it to the real llunar tidal cycle, then programming the light cycle to the actual lengthening and shortening of the day night cycle for the appropriate latitude?
      My understanding is these are two primary triggers of the spawning cycle, it would be intersting to know if anyone has ttried this.

    Surprised about the comment on the pink caddy, considering you have an entire article for that one coral. Really enjoy seeing these aqua culture facilities hope you can show us more in the future.

    Great video, all those corals are real classic. Ice and fire along with Hawkins and Pearlberry my favorite.

    Always been a bower fan. Nice to learn about some pieces I have never seen. Also, most pieces are mature enough to see their characteristics.

    100% agree on the Pink Cadillac! And I would be curious to see the his pink panther next to WWC French tickler. That’s what I thought it was at first.

      I say Ak-roe-PO-ra for the Reefers and ak-ROP-ora around the scientists 👨‍🔬

  • @anchor4346
    @anchor4346 4 роки тому

    Cant believe I am going to do this to someone in the scientific community but.... an I at the end of a name has the LONG I sound.. so is should be pronounced "bowerbank-eye" scientific latin.. So.. if named after someone.. long I sound not the ee sound. Like wellsi is Wellseye not wellsee etc.. I know you know that.. cause you pronounced lokani correctly and corrected yourself with the gomezi.. I just thought the reefer world should know.. yes maybe a pet peeve of mine.. and I get anal about it.. so.. SMILE!
