    I’ve got wings in the refrigerator that I trimmed and cut apart they have been in the fridge drying for about 18 hours
    I will use your crispy garlic Parm wing seasoning with the avocado spray to cook the.
    I tried a different person‘s recipe for oven fried chicken wings yesterday and I must have put on too much of the coating mixture (the baking powder mix) because the chicken wings were bitter so I will try this recipe that has other things added to it so it’s not quite so strong.
    thank you very for your video series on wings!! much I must’ve watched 20 videos trying to get the best recipe that offers the least amount of offensive taste but the crispiness is there. thank you so much I’ll let you know how it turns out.

    Have you ever tried baking them on a silicone mat? No sticking or cooking grate to clean and they usually brown pretty well on the silicone I believe because the pan gets so hot. It works super good making crispy smashed potatoes. Still flip them often but might be good for another test.

    I've never fried wings. Been doing lots of oven frying w/o racks. I just don't like the black grids I have. Cooling rack. Are the racks you use safe for high oven temps?

      I tried that in a previous video. I think potato starch alone was crispier than that.
