That is indeed a cute song; I'm finding myself humming it to myself over and over again, after just one listening. Hanne Krogh demonstrates that she's a natural performer indeed, only 15 here and already giving a very professional, charming performance (love the umbrella as well).
Åååh, så søt hun var 15 år gammel. Noe hun fortsatt er ved 58... English translation: Oooh, how cute she was at 15 years old. Which she's still at 58...
Unpretentious and very unestimated (by judges) song. Hanna has natural charm and pretty voice, performs the song in professional manner. I've just listened to all the songs in that Eurovision and think this one is the best (from prospect of time)
Yes, i think that the studio version of the "Retour" is far better than the eurovision one. The thing is, I simply can"t stop my legs while listening it. xD
Funny indeed! & very naughty in thinking!!! Now how did you find your way to this gem? I'd imagine you should find this rather twee - because you can tell from my comments that's what I think of it now.
Ringe Dinge. Believe it or not, but my favourite song is Henri Des"s "Retour" from ESC 1970. It is soooooo funny and spreads positive energy that is amazing
Ringe-dinge is great song, but I don´t like the Swiss song in 1970 very much. The singer is very good and it funny song but it don´t fascinates me. Thank you for answer
I find Hanna's voice just too little girlie & Monique Melsen cant sing very well. I still like both tunes. In 71 I thought Marianne Mendt very severe but now find her singing to be strong & full of depth & similar for Tonicha. Les Ilusion... is not as forgetable as Tasos says I like it more. Even Serge Lama sounds more appealing now. Never thought my tastes would alter so much.
Your expersience with this song used to be likewise for me & always found the melody appealing. But I'm afraid the girly voice & routine no longer does it for me. If voting again I'd exclude this & Lux from my T10, move Italy up & include Port & Aus or PS&M
Hanne Krogh was so adorable in 1971! This song was fresh and modern at the time, Norway were so criminally underrated in the 70s.
I loved this song when I saw the preview a few months before Eurovion, it still sounds good 39 years later :)
I love this one!!! The song is very good

Fun Fact: The conductor of this song, Arne Beniksen, competed in 1964.
Spiral was such a good song, shouldve won ESC 1964 in my opinion
Omg this song is so cute!
Åååh, så søt hun var 15 år gammel. Noe hun fortsatt er ved 58...

My second favourite eurovision song ever
What is your favorite, if I may ask?=)
I was a big fan as child ! Incredible Hanne Krogh !
Thx
Das ist wunderbar für Musik. Ich liebe
Bästa som kommit från Norge någonsin. Bättre än något annat. Författare, uppfinning, film & teveprogram, maträtt, konstnär, molnby, whatever. Bäst.
Those were the days...
Sounds like it should be the theme song to a 1970's Sitcom!
she later won 14 years later as half of bobbysocks
One ofThe most underrated songs and better than krogh wining song in 1985. cute girl and song
Thanks for saying. :)

She's 15 in this video.
1971: Happiness isn't a tiger in your tank
1972: Statoil is established
woo. many years before i got born :o
funny to watch ;D

I like this entry, it shouldn't have won or anything but the top 5 or the top 10 atleast, undeserved last placd.
yes, i know now. ty for the correction. :)
Ringe Dinge. Believe it or not, but my favourite song is Henri Des"s "Retour" from ESC 1970. It is soooooo funny and spreads positive energy that is amazing
Only 17th place? :(
And she has won 14 years after in duo Bobbysocks with the entry "La det swinge"
I think it didn't do as well because Ireland won with a similar style of song the year before.
now is Hanne Krogh old :( but did you know that her music is Rock? xD
is så cool that her like rock xD
GOOO Hanne!! kjempe glad i deg
godt å se sang man vet faktisk høres sånn ut :)
uten autotune eller anna type tweaking.
This osng or Ringe-Dinge? And what are your favorutie song ever in the contest?
Hun er skikkelig pen :)
Hanne Krogh was born in 1956.
So you can calculate the age self:)
But in 2009 she is 53 =)
In 2018 she is 62.
52 year in 2008
In some moments, the song looks like the entry of a Japanese cartoon...
The lyrics are just classic - "Happiness is herring in dill!". Probably a bit too twee for the juries though.
Where can I see that
Å helledussenussan så søt.
Ringe-dinge is great song, but I don´t like the Swiss song in 1970 very much. The singer is very good and it funny song but it don´t fascinates me. Thank you for answer
I imagine this song in Norwegian theatre but it’s lovely can someone translate
I'm fluent. It's about things that define happiness.

Allons bon mdr
She should not have to open the umbrella inside, it's unfortunate label

@lwsmackie4 Let your dirty mind be all yours!! Hehe....from Norway
It´s japonese, actually
I didn't know how much Norweigian sounds like Chinese
We didnt either
Tsk, tsk... You, sir, should be ashamed of yourself.

Seems to be a lot of lickin and fingerin going on in the lyrics.
I'm not being rude, it's just hilarious
Jeg hater denne sangen
Klovn
