I've given up on this show. The writers have ruined it. No one can stay happy for more than 1 episode. People disappear. The storyline is all over the place. Wtf?

I struggled Y the Showrunners (of TLW and GenQ) had so much animous toward the TWO characters that brought/bring the most viewers. The professional commitment and soul investment to be THE premiere loving couple on TeeVee was matched by none. They took some of the most Writers vitriolic content and excelled with facial expressions, voice modulation and humor which uplifted the souls of millions.
Millions who just wanted to see believable, relatable, infallible characters whose core value was to love one another honestly, fearlessly, completely. Tibette did the work of learning Y they were who the were, and believed that the necessary self-correction WAS MANDATORY. AND THEY WERE RIGHT . . . . IT WAS WORTH THE EXCRUCIATING WAIT . . . Bc they were rewarded . . . NO more walking on egg-shells afraid to offend one another. Jennifer, Laurel and especially TLW should EASILY have received NUMEROUS Emmy’s and other awards for EXCELLENCE. How Showtime wasn’t promoting TLW is beyond comprehension.
Tina FINALLY realizing that she needed to STAY and NOT bolt every time she feared that the super-passionate “Bette Fckn’Porter” would emerge 4getting that she too was a crucial part of the moment. Bette had finally come to understand that the sweet, nurturing, Bette would NOT be swallowed up.
When they found themselves trapped in the food freezer . . . Bette found her voice and “demanded” that Alice & Shane “get them the hell out” bc she WAS G O I N G to MARRY Tina . . . AND . . . . right this minute!!! We howled with the image was spinning around and jumping for J O Y to see “her” Bette, THE Bette emerge. Gr8 scene writing and gr8 cinematography!!
