BVSC and AH is better then AIIMS PARAMEDICAL you can become expert or good animal doctor with experiance and hard work and love of animal but in paramedical you will only do work on specific machine and always will work under or doctor ,growth is limited in paramedics but paramedical from AIIMS will get you job easily around 25-30k starting
