I have been lucky enough to see the world in full colour my whole life, but I have completely taken it for granted. These incredible videos of people seeing colour for the first time, and being so grateful and overwhelmed, make me hope I will never take colour for granted again. Tomorrow, I will love grass and the sky and flowers, and all colours, anew.

Color blindness doesn't always mean you "can't see color".. Color blindness can mean you can't see certain shades and such or the colors aren't as saturated... this comment is kinda late and I'm not expert but yeah

I'm red-green colourblind. I got the outdoor glasses from EnChroma and they work perfectly. The colours are so much more vibrant. I now want to get the Indoor glasses as well.

Im 11 years old and I am colour blind the kid in the first video is probably like 5-7 years old. Now I don't have colour blind glasses and this just makes me sad and happy at the same time.

We take for granted all the beautiful colors that make up our world and then..... they see the very same colors they never could have imagined. I would cry too.
