What needs to happen is there should not be an out of court settlement. It should go to trial and expose the reality of CNN.

Whenever I hear people repeating verbatim the exact same words spoken on those mainstream networks whom all say the same exact words of each other, CNN, NBC, MSN, ect.. Showing a common theme amongst them . If you take a moment to think about when people started having unhinged Psychotic reactions whenever there's a mere mention of the name Trump didn't exist until Trump ran/won the Presidency. And because people suffering from TDS are often heard repeating verbatim the exact same words that those networks have been pushing/ promoting which is why I believe CNN and their partner networks using this Soviet style Propaganda are responsible for creating Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Absolutely no out of court settlement. We the American people want to see that trial broadcast live!

CNN also had to pay millions to families from a school shooting that took place a few years back because the families sued CNN for forcing the kids to read from a script.
They should make it so that the maximum penalties should be paid, and if they are not paid in full within ninety days all violators go to jail and will stay there until all fines and damages are paid plus court costs.

In the eyes of the law, "beyond all resonable doubt" in a defamation case means you have to be able to exclude ignorance. In order to exclude ignorance you have to provide evidence of malicious intent. Lying is malicious intent. Simply telling someone something you think is true but is actually false makes you a dumbass, which isn't a crime. You have to be able to prove they knew they were telling a lie.

First time watching this channel ……. The media in question, in my professional training, education and experience in defamation cases…. I strongly agree that there is expressed malice and obvious actual malice. I wish expressed malice came at a strong cost like actual malice. (Legal training) I agree. Normally such emails are unavailable but in this case they are and they are substantive. On a personal basis - something like this was bound to happen as they (CNN) are always pushing the envelope and figure they can't/won't get caught...

Mr. Young has no shot at winning this case. He has not been defamed in anyway all internal texts and emails are inadmissible in a case like this. The next question would be , did he as a result go to jail? Did he lose his marriage? Did he lose clients? What did he lose? Also was it the equivalent to 1 billion dollars? Or even close.
