You definitely have some good points in this video. We have 10 acres back in the woods now in Michigan that is ultimate in privacy that we love but after 15 years I am tired of cutting all that grass. You spoke about steep driveways in Kentucky. I looked at some houses in Kentucky that you would have To be a mountain goat cut the grass. 😮 Thanks for the video.
I had a former boss that had a house on a miserably long and steep driveway. I couldn’t help but think he must have gotten a heck of a deal and plans on staying there forever.
There are a couple new construction, black, craftsmen homes in my area and they stick out like a sore thumb. I’m in the southeast area of the US and I can’t help but think those houses have to be like an oven inside. I had a black vehicle and it was insane how hot it was compared to other colors. I think the jury is still out on the black and super dark exterior colors. I had a neighbor that painted the interior of their home black and added day-glo colors of random cartoon characters and fairly crude drawings. Yes, they were halfway in the bottle at all times and their house showed it. 😂
@@TraciBinIT Yeah, there’s still a lot of uncover with the dark exteriors! Sounds like your neighbor (or previous neighbor) will have a hard time selling if they need to. But hey, maybe they do use the “f” forever word and they have no plans to leave it. Thanks for the comments and engagement! We appreciate it!

Fading is a minor issue with dark colors. have you seen what direct sun does to the substraight?!
I live in central Kentucky! About 30 mins west of Campbellsville. Moved here 2 years ago. Beautiful part of the state.

Definitely pretty! Especially this time of the year!
Hardyboard can also warp and get waves in it over time. No material is without fault over time.

Yeah, we’re still big fans of brick! Expensive, but it sure stands the test of time!

My dishwasher is placed at the same awkward angle and I can’t wait to remodel the whole kitchen.
@@TraciBinIT
Yes!! Sink and dishwasher placement are big deal breakers! Those corner sinks can be the worst!
Less verbiage in your video 😀

Thanks so much!
