You more and more inspire me to finish my similar style setup. I've finished my frame (waiting on samples) now need to sort the soul and then combined the two 😊
Great design, love the chamfered edge (from soul-Frame) you added. What layer height did you print at? I don't see any layer lines. Also wondering about orientation? Great Work!!!
First of all, great work! Have you tried with other materials as well, such as ABS, PETG, or even Nylon? And how much filament did you had to use for each frame, used solid 100% infills on it? Just curious because I also wanted to try it out.
Hey man. Just came across your stuff. Amazing. I'm thinking of modding my basically brand new Salo ST pro Vinny Minton's. They are 11.5 US. What size and which soul plate do you recommend?
Do you have any problems getting all the holes both for mounting and wheel wells to be completely round? Been having some issues with the wheel wells being more ellipse's with flat tops and bottoms printing them upright. Awesome design and love the rocker.
Did you teach yourself Fusion360 or learn CAD in school? I've learned Rhino3D fairly well over the past 2 years, but Fusion360 is driving me nuts trying to teach myself. I want to know Fusion360 for the easier parametric capabilities and for the built in CAM functionality. I've actually learned the CAM in Fusion pretty OK but trying to draw and model in there is like pulling teeth
@@JustinThursday when u do make a video for them! I seen 3D plans for Salomons but I don’t know a lot about 3D printing. I’m still learning. Any advice on where to find places to print?
Smart idea about heating the print to let it bind together better.
Dude these are so rad.

So dope, those hurricanes were beautiful!
they look and sound amazing.
You convinced me. Ill print my own wizard frames.
Well done bro! Great engineering and great tricks!
been waiting to see these! Look so damn good!
Thats some clean skating
Wow really good
thats sick bro. congrats !
Sick, keep it up!

Thanks! I printed it upside down at .2mm height.
@@JustinThursday Damn that's a pretty clean print, did you do any heat treating?
@@termin2052 Juat surface heat treat with a heat gun. Doesn’t really improve strength though.
@@JustinThursday gotchu, thanks for the reply! 100% infill, I assume?
@@termin2052 yep. 100%

Thanks! Each one took close to 700g of filament. I’m planning to upgrade my CR-10 for nylon soon!
😍😎 So cool!
Sells these for 909s and never work a normal job again.
Working on it. 😎👍 Hopefully have something early next year.
nice, good job and nice grinds. A-O mistrial 🤩
sorry A-O top mistrial 🤩🤩
Fantastc, my dream

My favorite used to be USD Carbon soles. I used to use a 6-8 sole on a size 7 boot.
😍😍😍
nice video on that eyelet. What 3d printer you are using. Thinking about buying one..
Have you been using these? How are they holding up?

The axle holes need a bit of cleaning up once the supports are removed but that’s it.

All self taught with the official site and UA-cam videos. Some help from friends too.
What is a filament material?
Great Desing, could you share the files to try at home :)
I need those for my Salomon skates. Are they compatible?
They could be with some modifications but I plan to design something like this for Salomon eventually.

@@rollerblading9936 Definitey will do. I got a CR-10. There’s tons of great tutorials on here.
These soul frames available for purchase?
Nah. It was just an experiment.
@@JustinThursday Aw ok, ya those are dope!
@@JustinThursday I would love to have that installed onmy Salomon Feinbergs to be honest 😁
Would be nice if you could share stl files?
Not for this one. Lots of files on my website though.
