F9 BARC will get the tougher rust stains for you better. It is definitely more expensive than oxalic, but it can attack more staining such as tough fertilizer staining and battery acid staining.

D Jaquith, you should be good with the ox for light irrigation staining. Make sure you are safe with the chemicals and use gloves, goggles, and the correct respirator.
